Help and support

Find clear answers for study sessions, live teaching, and account controls.

Taking an examBuild, answer, review, and resume an exam.
  1. Choose Tutor for feedback after each submitted answer, or Timed to work against a countdown. New exams default to Tutor and unused questions. Adjust the question pool and wait for the available count before building.
  2. For a single-answer question, select one option. For a multi-select question, select all options you want to submit. In Tutor mode, Submit answer reveals feedback and locks that answer. In Timed mode, answers can be changed before the exam is submitted or time expires.
  3. Use Previous, Next question, or Jump to question to navigate. Left and right arrow keys also navigate when you are not editing a field or using an image viewer. Flag a question to find it again during review.
  4. Click a clinical image to enlarge it. The viewer arrows move between images; Escape closes the viewer and returns focus to the image.
  5. Wait for answers to save before leaving. If saving fails, use the retry control. Exit exam leaves the workspace; resume an unfinished exam from the dashboard or History. A timed exam continues counting down while you are away and cannot be resumed for answering after its deadline.
  6. Submit the exam to see your results and review answers, explanations, and discussion. Completed exams are available for review from History.

Live presenter sessionsPresent an exam, project images, collect votes, and reveal answers.
  1. Use Present exam in an exam workspace, or create a presentation in Present and select published questions. Start live session opens the presenter controls.
  2. Open projection in a separate window or tab and put that window on the audience display. Keep the presenter controls on your own screen. Participants scan the QR code or open the displayed room URL and sign in.
  3. Open voting lets participants choose and submit their answers. Lock voting stops new votes. Reveal results shows the response distribution; Reveal answer marks the correct choices. Next question moves the room to the next question.
  4. Show results on projection is off by default. Turn it on to show vote counts updating on the audience display. Explanations stay in the presenter view.
  5. For questions with images, use the projection-slide arrows in either window to move between the question and image slides. The two windows stay synchronized.
  6. End session when teaching is finished. Open rooms remain available under Resume a presentation until ended; a connected projection is shown separately from an open room.

Account and privacyManage your profile, sign-in, and account deletion.
  1. Open Profile to update your name and training information. Save changes and check the confirmation message.
  2. Security & sessions shows your sign-in method and lets you sign out of this browser. If a page asks you to sign in again, complete sign-in and return to the original page before retrying the action.
  3. Account data contains account deletion and requires typing DELETE to confirm. Read the deletion notice carefully: deleting your account is different from signing out or exiting an exam.
  4. When reporting a problem, include the page URL, what you clicked, the error text, and your browser/device. Do not include passwords, verification codes, or identifiable patient information.
